END OF TENANCY CLEANING
An additional service of window cleaning is available upon request. Windows will be cleaned on both sides of glazing. This is subject to outsides being within reach and will only be done where possible and safe! Windows will be left gleaming.

CARPET CLEANING
Carpets will be cleaned using latest technology and products that will give your carpets a new lease of life! Stains will be lifted to the best possible standard. Foil will be placed under feet of furniture. Carpets will be very slightly damp for a few hours after and it is recommended that the room is left with good ventilation after to help with final drying.
Using latest technology in steam cleaning all upholstery will be cleaned to the best possible standard leaving your soft furnishings fresh and clean. Items may be slightly damp for a couple of hours afterwards and it is advised that they are not used during this time. Curtains will be assessed for best method of cleaning and then pressed and rehung afterwards.
